Do you enjoy cheat days (or cheat weekends)?

We know we do! For some, it can be hard to bounce back mentally afterwards, so @bodybuildingcom provided 3 ways to do so.

1. Hit the “reset button.” Drink water to help flush out your body, boost your energy, and help clear your mind.
2. Get back on track as soon as you can. Eat a healthier meal or do something productive like taking a walk or cleaning the house.
3. Give yourself a break. You won’t destroy your results in one day!
