Omega-6 fatty acids are found in nuts, seeds, vegetable oils, and often processed foods.
New studies have shown omega-6 could be good for the heart. The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that compared with men in the lowest one fifth and highest fifth for blood levels of omega-6, those in the highest fifth had a 43% lower risk of death from any cause and 46% lower risk of cardiovascular death.
