  • When eating a meal, set a timer for 20 minutes. Take the entire time to focus eating the meal, so you don’t wolf it down.
  • Eat with your non-dominant hand. It will feel unnatural, causing you to slow down and be more conscious.
  • Silently take the time to think about what it took to produce your meal.
  • Take small bites and thoroughly chew your food.
